Please register for the 2025 TCHC Conference in advance online by February 15, 2025. You can also register at the door on the day of the conference.

You can upload your poster/presentation abstracts and essay contest entries with your registration or after registering. Please visit the Essay page if you have completed the registration form below and want to upload an attachment separately. Submissions are due by January 26, 2025.

Presentation Information

The TCHC conference offers flexibility in the types of presentations. They can be oral presentations or poster presentations.

We welcome all disciplines and ideas, which can come from papers, research proposals, completed research projects, and creative works. These can be completed projects, works-in-progress, or even (researched, but still uncertain) project ideas that students want to pitch for feedback.

The papers/PPT presentations will be 10-15 minutes in duration (please indicate if you will need audio/visual equipment for your presentation).
The poster sizes should be the standard 36 x 48 size. Mounting boards and clips will be provided for this poster size.

Conference Fees

Fees for attending are $40 each for faculty and staff and $20 for each student. This includes the reception on Friday and the lunch on Saturday. Community Colleges are $20 for faculty and staff and $10 for each student.

This lunch takes places at McCallie Dining Hall, conveniently located on MTSU’s campus. There is no additional charge to reserve your lunch ticket.
