Essay Contest

Numerous aspects of life contribute to our mental and emotional development. These “pillars” serve as the foundation that shapes who we are. 

Which book, person, movie, or song has had the greatest impact on your life? And how? What is it about this individual or work that was so impactful?

Requirements

Your essay may take the form of a subjective personal essay, an objective research essay, or some combination of the two.

• 1600 words maximum (including sources, if used)
• No source materials are required, but are allowed (MLA or APA)
• Double-spaced, 2-pt font, and 1” margins
• No identifying name or school information on the document
• Grammarly and all other types of AI prohibited
• Submissions must be. docs or .rtf files

Submissions are due by January 26, 2025.
